What to Expect?
A strong practice with flowing movement to get you warm (and a bit sweaty!) and strengthen and lengthen muscles. Open level class, unless otherwise specified in the class schedule, but if you have injuries, long term medical conditions, or are pregnant, please drop me an email before booking so that we can discuss whether the class is suitable. Modifications are offered to suit different bodies and physical abilities. We work different themes, and often weave in elements from research into the relationship between yoga and creativity. Always includes breath work and meditation.
Flow and Restore
A slower class. The practice starts with Surya Namaskara (sun salutations) and flowing postures to warm up, and then moves into a softer, slower practice to calm the body and mind and gently stretch the muscles. Including breath work and meditation, and always a long Savasana to finish. Suitable for all levels.
